Q: When can I submit requests for reimbursement?
A: The reimbursement window is September 25 – April 30 (January 15 – April 30 for the mid-year program).
Q: What about classes that happen in April and May?
A: Any instruction that takes place in April or May of the school year has a purchase deadline of April 30th.
Please note this is also the submission deadline for all reimbursement requests.
Q: How many times can I submit a reimbursement request per year?
A: As many times as you like! Unlike previous years, there are no limits on the number of reimbursements you can submit for the 25-26 school year.

Q: How long does it take to receive reimbursement?
A: All requests for reimbursement are reviewed within three weeks after being submitted (or resubmitted) in our platform.
You can track the status of each request in your account as it changes from "Submitted" to "Approved" to "Paid."
If a request requires updates to be approved, you will receive an email notification.
Q: What if my student enrolls mid-year?
A: Students who join mid-year are eligible for half the standard reimbursement amounts.
